Description
With the approval of Provincial Council Resolution no. 3265 of 30 December 2009 and the entry into force of the Decree of the President of the Province of 20 January 2010, no. 2-34/Leg. (B.U. no. 13/I-II of 30/03/2010 rectified by notice in B.U. no. 16/I-II of 20/04/2010), the regulatory framework for the implementation of Provincial Law no. 16 of 3 October 2007 (Energy saving and light pollution) was defined.
In fact, at the same time, both the Regulations for the implementation of the law in question, which complete the technical-legal reference regulations, and the Provincial Intervention Plan for the prevention and reduction of energy consumption and light pollution - as per Article 4 of the aforementioned law - came into force. Among other things, it contains the technical guidelines for the drafting of municipal intervention plans for the reduction of light pollution and for the design of new outdoor lighting systems and the upgrading of existing systems.
We have therefore entered the actual operational phase, which guarantees local authorities the possibility of adapting their public lighting systems to the new criteria, while at the same time accessing the incentive possibilities already provided by the 2009 Call for Proposals, approved by order of the Director of the Provincial Energy Agency no. 7 of 29 April 2009. It will be the responsibility of the Energy Agency to keep this site updated in order to allow interested parties to know the time and procedural deadlines of the aforementioned implementation phase.
