Community Territorial Plans
In order to support the ongoing activity of the Communities for the drafting of the Preliminary Document for the subsequent formation of the Community Territorial Plan, two summaries are published concerning the contents of the Preliminary Document and an outline of the various phases of the formation of the Community Territorial Plan. These documents reproduce the contents of Provincial Council Resolution No. 2715 of 13 November 2009. The full autonomy of the valley communities in determining the contents of the acts envisaged in the formation process of the CTP remains unchanged, in compliance with the provisions of the provincial urban planning law.
