Revolving Enterprise Fund (RIF) for business support and development investments

The measure - governed by Art. 3 of Law Decree 152/2021 - provides for the implementation of the 'Revolving Enterprise Fund (FRI) for business support and development investments' project line, the granting of direct contributions to expenditure for energy requalification, environmental sustainability, and digital innovation measures of no less than €500,000 and no more than €10 million implemented by 31 December 2025, up to a maximum of 35 per cent of eligible expenses and costs.Eligible beneficiaries are tourism enterprises (hotels, structures carrying out agritourism activities, open-air accommodation facilities, enterprises in the tourism, recreation, trade fair, and conference sector, including bathing establishments, spa complexes, marinas, and theme parks), including those holding the right of ownership of the real estate structures in which the business activity is carried out.
