The Val di Ledro cycle and pedestrian path is now complete in its entirety, most of the route is in fact made up of secondary roads with limited traffic, interspersed with sections of cycle path, recently completed.
The route is set in the valley bottom and has a total length of 8.5 km; it connects the western shores of Lake Ledro with the small Lake Ampola, touching the villages of Pieve di Ledro, Bezzecca, Tiarno di Sotto and Tiarno di Sopra.
The valley can be reached by bicycle from Riva del Garda; in fact, one can take the spectacular Ponale road, which, with its winding path carved into the rock, climbs the steep slope of the mountain, offering breathtaking views of the entire Lake Garda.
The cycle path currently ends near the footbridge over the stream that feeds Lake Ampola, beyond which you enter the biotope, where you follow the path with a dirt surface.
