The objectives, actions and tools set out in the Plan, more specifically, are: to promote agile work in all territorial organisations, both public and private, as a form of work that makes it possible to reconcile the interests of employers with those of workers and economic operators, as well as to achieve positive results in terms of socio-economic impact for the entire provincial territory, leading to the establishment of the 'intelligent Trentino district'.
The actions of the project are addressed to all employers in the territory, both public and private. The agile work that the P.A.T. wants to promote, thanks to the Strategic Plan adopted in September 2021, is a mode of execution of the subordinate employment relationship characterised by the absence of hourly constraints (or spatial schedules) and by an organisation by phases, cycles and objectives, established between employee and employer in such a way as to favour the growth of productivity.
The main objectives can be summarised as follows: promotion of organisational wellbeing within organisations, technological implementation of the territory and of individual organisations, development within organisations of the vocation to meet the needs of citizens, both customers and users, redevelopment of real estate assets, redesign of urban contexts, enhancement of proximity commercial activities, promotion of policies that allow for a balanced development of inland areas, pursuing the objective of greater territorial cohesion, thus making the provincial territory attractive also from the point of view of economic, intellectual and human capital.
