Description
The meeting is promoted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies as part of Italy's 2022 Presidency of the Monitoring Committee of the Luxembourg Declaration on the Social Economy. The Minister of Labour and Social Policies Andrea Orlando and the Councillor for Economic Development, Research and Labour Achille Spinelli will be present and will have the task of opening the conference and introducing the work, together with the Mayor Franco Ianeselli and the European Commission.
The initiative is the first of a series of events that will culminate, through intermediate stages throughout Italy, on 21 October with the meeting of the Committee's Ministers from European countries in Bologna. The Trento event, a true opening moment, is conceived as a "programmatic workshop", i.e. a space for discussion with the world of research, third sector organisations and networks, and administrators on the territory, on the topics proposed by Italy as priorities in the year of the Committee's Presidency.
