The list sets out the affordable housing units made available by local authorities, with details regarding the type of accommodation, the minimum and maximum number of occupants, and the number of households that have expressed a preference for each housing unit.
Self-renovation properties are those requiring maintenance work to be carried out by the tenant before moving in. The costs will subsequently be reimbursed by ITEA.
The term ‘adapted for disabled people’ refers to accommodation accessible to people with mobility disabilities who have a certified degree of disability of 75 per cent or more, linked to a confirmed difficulty or inability to walk.
