The notice is open to staff in the local autonomy sector employed by the Province or staff with an open-ended employment relationship working in the provincial structures who meet the requirements for access to the qualification of manager, i.e:

  • possession of a master's degree
  • as well as, alternatively
    • possession of the qualification of director
    • possession of at least five years' professional experience in qualifications or profiles for which a university degree is required in public administrations, or in managerial or middle management positions, identified in compliance with the relevant state regulations, in public or private companies,

excluding personnel who have already been appointed as deputy manager.
