Assigned duties
- town planning and land use plans;
- landscape protection and restoration of historical settlements;
- land register and cadastre;
- public water use;
- energy, excluding large water derivations for hydroelectric purposes;
- civic uses;
- transport of provincial interest, including the mobility plan and lake ports, excluding cableways and ropeways
- implementation of provincial legislation on development cooperation;
- emigration and Trentino citizens living abroad
- management of nature parks, including the Stelvio Nature Park, protection of flora and fauna as part of the network of protected areas
- sports and recreational activities and related facilities and equipment.
