- innovative paths for the school-university-research transition;
- protection and conservation of historical, artistic and popular heritage;
- cultural institutions, academies, institutes and museums of provincial character, libraries, including school libraries;
- local customs and traditions; local artistic, cultural and educational events and activities;
- toponymy;
- coordination of projects of European significance relating to culture;
- initiatives for the promotion of peace;
- coordination of youth policies;
- interventions for the realisation of equal opportunities;
