Description
The failure of international cooperation policy is there for all to see; the poor are getting poorer, the rich richer. Decentralised cooperation then becomes a bond that strengthens as communities begin to get to know and appreciate each other. A bond made up of meetings, shared aid projects, cultural exchanges, twinnings between homologous subjects and any other spontaneous or organised activity that brings the two territories closer together.In this logic, the Province has set up a number of Tables of comparison between all the subjects willing to play their part in this game. The Trentino Table with Kosovo and the one with the Province of Sofala in Mozambique are operational bodies that have been working in this logic for some time, the first positive results of which can be appreciated. But similar initiatives are being created and consolidated in relation to Palestine and Serbia.
