This publication sets out the results of the survey on the situation of male and female personnel in companies in the province of Trento with more than 100 employees. This survey takes as its starting point the report that public and private companies are obliged to produce every two years, pursuant to law 125/91 on equal opportunities. It provides a picture of the state of recruitment, training, professional promotion and other forms of mobility, the use of the redundancy fund, redundancies, retirements and early retirements, and the remuneration actually paid.
