Description
This publication was developed within the framework of the EU project "Strategic information for the development of quality agricultural products in European mountain areas" in which the Trentino case is examined and the results of a specific survey carried out among consumers in Northern Italy to find out what consumers think about mountains in general and their agri-food products in particular are reported.
The main strategies for the valorisation of mountain products in the European context are also analysed.
