Description
A thesis work that explores the theme of family-work reconciliation by investigating the supply dimension of services that aim to meet the needs of working parents, but also looking more in depth at how public and private services are taking on connotations of strong integration and complementarity to promote a welfare system that is not only more cohesive but also characterised by a new structure and the emergence of the terms welfare community and governance.
