Description
This volume presents the outcomes of the Leading Learning training course promoted by IPRASE in collaboration with the University of Innsbruck in the two-year period 2015-2017, for the professional development of school leaders in the Autonomous Province of Trento. The aim of this project was to support school managers and directors of Vocational Training Centres in creating leadership dynamics oriented towards learning and student results, with a view to transforming the school culture. The course was also characterised by a strong focus on the international dimension and the proactive involvement of participants.
