Description
Starting from a general overview of the functions and duties of the police force, the text focuses on the state forestry organisation, i.e. the State Forestry Corps, with reference to its history, salient regulatory passages, functions, organisation, access procedures, career development and personnel duties, as well as relations with the regions and local authorities.
It also provides an examination of the issues connected with the forestry organisations of the special statute regions and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano, dealing, also for the six forestry corps of the special statute regions (four regional - Friuli Venezia Giulia, Sardinia, Sicily, Valle d'Aosta - and two provincial - Trento and Bolzano -), with the history, salient regulatory passages, functions, organisation, access modalities, career development and personnel duties.
