The report elaborates the main information gathered through the self-reflection questionnaire proposed within the framework of the 2019- 2020 incoming training course.
The aim of this return is, on the one hand, to collect and present the answers of the respondents in relation to the self-reflection process that concerned some aspects of teaching professionalism; on the other hand, to provide an additional tool to encourage reflection on the profession and on one's own professional development.
