Description
This publication, which follows the one published in 2011 dedicated to the traditional fences of Trentino, intends to demonstrate how it is possible to combine modern concepts and techniques aimed at the management of "Water on the Alp", with aesthetically valid solutions consistent with the history and culture of the places.
The publication aims to provide a careful interpretation of these issues, emphasising the link that exists and unites identity, mountain agriculture and places, and is mainly addressed to those who have an interest in understanding that defending one's identity and protecting one's landscape represents a resource from which the entire community can benefit.
