Responsibilities and functions
For the implementation of these objectives and in order to promote coordinated actions and confrontation between the subjects involved in preventing and combating mobbing, the Province establishes the Provincial Anti-Mobbing Coordination Unit. The members of the Coordination Body are representatives of the subjects who, for various reasons, have competence in the field of mobbing, as well as representatives of employers and workers. The members remain in office for the duration of the legislature.
The Coordination carries out the following tasks in the field of bullying
- monitoring of bullying in the workplace
- monitoring of mobbing actions promoted by the single guarantee committees;
- formulation of proposals to the Provincial Council;
- evaluation of existing services within the province;
- promotion of studies, awareness-raising and information initiatives.
The Coordination also promotes the dissemination of good practices, internal regulations and codes of conduct.
